When posting listings on SquareSouk, you agree to the following:

• Respond to interested buyers in a timely and respectful manner.
• Update or remove listings once items are sold.

You must not:

• List illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• Post misleading, false, or deceptive listings.
• Use the Platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities.
• List items that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images.
• Post duplicate listings for the same item.

SquareSouk is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Please note:

• All transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller.
• SquareSouk does not process payments, handle shipping, or provide escrow services.
• We recommend meeting in safe, public locations within your community for exchanges.
• Inspect items thoroughly before completing a purchase.
• SquareSouk is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

The SquareSouk name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. By posting content (listings, images, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating the marketplace.

You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting your listings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SquareSouk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions between users.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing information posted by users.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
